Almost all support cases are solved with the help of remote maintenance tools. System integration and virtual training are also part of the portfolio for customer services. With the increasing need for a flexible, up-to-date solution, FastViewer was tested and is now a firm component of the support services MKS AG provides. Shortly, regular online presentations and webinars will be held using FastViewer software.

MKS has also announced it wishes to integrate FastViewer into its “MKS Goliath” commodity management system. Especially IT and telecommunications system vendors will in future benefit from new opportunities and integrated processes. We will keep you posted on the further cooperation between MKS and FastViewer.
