In October 2010, the B2B company www.mercateo.com started working with desktop-sharing software by the European technology manufacturer FastViewer. With this solution, a number of employees in a company can participate in web-based product presentations from different locations. “With this presentation technology, we can enable a high degree of time flexibility for our customers and help them reduce logistical expenditure“, says Dirk Wagener, managing director of sales and marketing.

Mercateo also has future plans to use the desktop-sharing software for training.
