FastViewer at VfL Wolfsburg-Fußball GmbH
As a 100% subsiadiary of Volkswagen AG, VfL Wolfsburg has continued to develop following its ascent to the Bundesliga football league and with the support of its partner continues to strive through consistent and sustainable hard work in all fields. The aim of the executives gathered around Dieter Hoeneß, chairman of the executive board, is to ensure VfL Wolfsburg reaches all of the major European cup competitions in the coming years.
VfL Wolfsburg is considered a family club and at the same time seen as a modern, professional club geared towards success and the future. The club represents good football, a will to win and is also a friendly team. Currently, about 100 permanent staff work for the GmbH.
Beside working in offices in the VOLKSWAGEN ARENA, VfL Wolfsburg staff also work in branch offices (e.g. in a city fan shop). Many employees also travel frequently at home and abroad, for example to away games or to scout players. Support for PCs and portable devices proved difficult. A remote maintenance software was needed that could be implemented by employees without any technical knowledge and that would offer admins various possibilities for user support.
